Capital Group Piecexport-Piecbud [www.piecbud.pl]
An activity of the company PRIDB "Piecexport", as a company integrating supplies and services within the frame of signed agreements and contracts, consists in supervision over execution, organization of broadly taken engineering and logistics processes as well as in financial and legal service of investment ventures. The said activity is conducted by highly qualified engineering and technical staff as well as by financial and legal staff having proper qualifications and extended experience in execution and service of investment tasks.
All tasks directly connected with production and execution, are implemented by PBPP "Piecbud" in D±browa Górnicza, owned by us, or are ordered to specialized subcontractors. Herein below we describe the technical potential possessed by our capital group.
TECHNICAL AND EXECUTION POTENTIAL
The basis enabling us to realize the greatest investment and repairing tasks is the possessed equipment stock. The back-up facilities of the capital group are localized at the site of the company PBPP "Piecbud" Budowlanych street D±browa Górnicza, covering the complex of office buildings, work-shop, warehouse, tool-shop, production bay and garages. There are storage yards of steelworks products at the area of the back-up facilities, equipped with loading and transportation devices (tower cranes, mobile cranes, fork lift trucks, flip-flop trucks, and unloading ramps). There is the railway siding of PKP at the area of the back-up facilities, allowing for receipt and dispatch of wagon consignments.
The work-shop, warehouse and production bays are equipped with overhead traveling crane Q=5 ton.
The production activity for the needs of implemented constructions and external orders is carried out in the aforementioned objects, including execution and prefabrication of steel structures and furnace systems. Technical equipment such as heavy duty welding automatons, plasma cutting devices, working machines and modern power-tools allow obtaining high efficiency and quality of performed elements.
The tool-shop carries on a central tools and equipment management, providing for the needs of particular departments and constructions. The office buildings equipped with the central computer network and audio-video devices built recently have created the modern base for managing and control over the company.

The company possesses a number of machines and devices allowing it to perform all investment and repairing work utilizing their own technical potential.
In case of specialized work the company manufactures original, often innovative equipment making it possible to perform the most complex repairing work (suspended working platforms, devices for vertical transportation in furnaces, system scaffolding, firing up systems, cement gun remote control systems, etc.). The company cooperates with scientific and development centers as well as with leading home and abroad manufacturers of refractories, which allows for optimized solutions of ceramic lining solutions and selection of materials at realized repairing work. The company possesses the authorizations of Technical Inspection Office for making repairs and assemblies of pressure devices and vessels as well as for repairs and assembly of tackling devices. There is the Chief Welding Engineer Department in place in the company, who has the qualifications for training and examining welders according the European Standards. The company "Piecbud" has implemented and applies the quality Management System according the standard ISO 9001:2000.

All employees are employed according the assumed organizational scheme of
PIECEXPORT and PIECBUD as well as pursuant to the scope of duties, responsibilities and authorizations for each job. The company possesses the OS&H section responsible for training, supervision and execution of procedures in accordance with the obligatory regulations. The activity of all organizational sections is carried out according to the implemented procedures of the Quality Management System pursuant to the standard ISO 9001 - 2000. The Engineering and Technical Staff is composed of well experienced experts having building licenses and special licenses supported by many-years experience in the scope of ceramic work (refractory lining) on such objects as coke-oven batteries, steelworks furnaces, rotary furnaces , lime-kilns, power engineering boilers, tank furnaces.
During implementation of work in ceramic branch we also perform the work in the scope of prefabrication and assembly of steel structures utilizing in those tasks the qualified assembly gangs containing in their composition the welders with the European qualifications (EN-287-1) as to individual welding technologies. A considerable share in professional preparation of particular constructions, starting from the stage of offer enquires through ensuring proper equipment, base and auxiliary materials, tools and devices, belongs to the departments of Preparation and Provision of Production Course and Supplies Coordination.
